• Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned Hindi instruction to Classes VI–X as per CBSE guidelines, ensuring conceptual clarity and language proficiency.


• Design and implement interactive lesson plans, assessments, and remedial strategies to cater to diverse learning styles in a residential setting.


• Supervise and mentor students beyond academics—participating in hostels, assemblies, clubs, and cultural events to foster holistic development.


• Collaborate with senior faculty and housemasters to maintain academic discipline, pastoral care, and student wellbeing in boarding school life.


• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, internal evaluations, and professional development workshops to ensure continuous improvement.


• Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and behavioral feedback in alignment with school policies.
