We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laparoscopic Surgeon to join our reputable medical team. The ideal candidate will specialize in performing minimally invasive surgical procedures using laparoscopic techniques, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence. With a strong foundation in general and laparoscopic surgery, the candidate should be adept in diagnosing and treating a range of conditions with precision and efficiency.

The role demands a deep understanding of modern laparoscopic procedures, excellent hand-eye coordination, and familiarity with advanced surgical instruments and equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of laparoscopic surgical procedures including but not limited to appendectomies, hernia repairs, cholecystectomies, bariatric surgeries, and colorectal surgeries.
• Evaluate patients, diagnose surgical conditions, and recommend suitable laparoscopic or minimally invasive interventions.
• Ensure safe and effective operative techniques and post-operative care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Work closely with anesthetists, surgical assistants, nurses, and other medical staff to provide coordinated care throughout the surgical process.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient history, diagnosis, surgical procedures, and follow-up care.
• Adhere to established surgical protocols and participate in clinical audits to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
• Keep up to date with the latest advancements in laparoscopic surgery and participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
• Educate and mentor junior doctors, interns, and healthcare staff on best practices and new techniques in laparoscopic surgery.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• MBBS and MS/DNB in General Surgery from a recognized medical institution.
• Minimum 4 years to 15 years of post-qualification experience in laparoscopic surgery.
• Advanced expertise in laparoscopic procedures and familiarity with state-of-the-art laparoscopic instruments and technology.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
• Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills with a patient-first approach to care.
• Ethical, empathetic, and committed to maintaining professional integrity at all times.
• Registration with the Medical Council of India or relevant state council.

Preferred Attributes:

• Fellowship or additional certification in laparoscopic or minimally invasive surgery is a plus.
• Experience working in multi-specialty or tertiary care hospitals.
• Research contributions or publications in laparoscopic surgery are highly desirable.
• Ability to manage complex cases and emergency laparoscopic interventions.
