Laravel Developer (SSE / DL)

• Design and develop scalable web applications using Laravel and React.js.
  


• Lead end-to-end development including requirement understanding, architecture decisions, development, testing, and deployment.
  


• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  


• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
  


• Guide and mentor junior developers, review code, and ensure quality and performance.
  


• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
  


• Design and develop RESTful APIs and ensure smooth integration with frontend systems.
  


• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  


• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural improvements.
  


• Stay updated with latest technologies and suggest improvements in existing systems.

Requirements

• Degree: BE, B.Tech, MCA, or MSc IT.
  


• 5–10 years of professional experience in PHP development with strong expertise in Laravel.
  


• Must have knowledge of AI coding assistants (such as Codex, Claude, etc.) within the IDE editor for development tasks.
  


• Strong hands-on experience in React.js with good understanding of component lifecycle and hooks.
  


• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
  


• Experience with state management tools such as Redux or Context API.
  


• Strong knowledge of relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL with query optimization skills.
  


• Experience in designing scalable systems and handling high-traffic applications.
  


• Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  


• Understanding of caching, performance optimization, and web security practices.
  


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex scenarios.
  


• Good communication skills and ability to lead discussions with stakeholders.
  

• Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
  


• Konwlegde of Yii2 added Advantage
  


• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  


• Understanding of system design and microservices architecture.
  


• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environment.
  

Work Environment:
