We are looking for skilled and client-focused Laser Therapists to join our growing team across our Gurugram and Noida clinics. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about aesthetic treatments and committed to delivering safe, effective, and high-quality laser procedures. As a Laser Therapist, you will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction, maintaining clinical excellence, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for performing a wide range of laser treatments, including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation correction, and other advanced aesthetic procedures. Ensuring the highest standards of safety and hygiene is critical, and you will be expected to follow all protocols before, during, and after treatments.

A core part of your role will involve client consultation—understanding their concerns, recommending suitable treatments, explaining procedures, and providing detailed pre- and post-treatment care guidance. Building trust with clients through clear communication and professional conduct will be essential.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and operating laser equipment efficiently, ensuring regular checks, cleanliness, and adherence to safety guidelines. Accurate documentation of treatments, progress tracking, and reporting outcomes will be part of your daily responsibilities.

In addition, you will contribute to achieving clinic targets by delivering excellent service, encouraging repeat visits, and supporting client retention and satisfaction initiatives.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Laser Technology, Aesthetics, or a related field
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in performing laser treatments
• Strong knowledge of laser procedures such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation, acne scar reduction, and pigmentation treatments
• Understanding of skin types, contraindications, and safety protocols associated with laser procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on client care
• Ability to handle client queries, concerns, and expectations professionally
• High attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards
• Target-driven mindset with a willingness to contribute to business growth
