We are hiring passionate sales professionals as Sales Team Lead at LawSikho!! People with less than 1 year of team handling experience will not be considered for the role
What you will do :
- Setting Objectives: Establish clear and achievable sales targets for each team member based on organizational goals and individual capabilities.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to meet their targets.
- Monitoring Performance: Regularly monitor the performance of each team member against their individual targets, providing feedback and guidance as needed to keep them on track.
- Motivating the Team: Create a motivating and supportive work environment that encourages team members to strive for success and exceed their targets.
- Identifying Opportunities: Collaborate with team members to identify new sales opportunities and strategies for reaching their targets, including potential areas for growth or improvement.
- Problem Solving: Address any obstacles or challenges that arise, helping team members overcome barriers to success and adapt their approach as needed.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess each team member's progress towards their targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with team members, keeping them informed of expectations, changes, and updates related to their targets and overall sales strategy.
- Lead by Example: Lead by example by demonstrating a strong work ethic, dedication to achieving targets, and a commitment to excellence in sales performance.
- Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the sales team, encouraging knowledge sharing and support among team members to help everyone meet their targets collectively.
