Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tech Lead with strong hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js to join our growing team in Zirakpur. This is a leadership role for someone who is passionate about full-stack development and can guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, leadership qualities, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Manage a small team of developers; assign tasks, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend engineers, QA, and DevOps.
• Drive performance optimization, security compliance, and robust API integration.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Ensure code quality through automated tests, unit testing, and continuous integration.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions as needed.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose their adoption where applicable.

Technical Skills Required:

Frontend:

• Strong proficiency in React.js, including Hooks, Context API, Redux (or similar state management).
• Experience in building responsive UI with HTML5, CSS3, and modern design frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.

Backend:

• Deep expertise in Node.js and Express.js (or similar frameworks).
• RESTful API design and integration.

Database:

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or similar databases.
• Knowledge of data modeling and query optimization.

Other Skills:

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment on AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with testing tools (Jest, Mocha, etc.) and linting tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of full-stack development experience with a strong focus on Node.js and React.js.
• At least 1 year of team-leading experience or equivalent senior-level responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Immediate joiners only (Candidates with notice period will not be considered).
