Lead Accounts - F&A

Job Title: Lead - Accounts & MIS  

Department: Finance & Accounts
Reports to: CFO
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Job Purpose:

To ensure accurate recording, reporting, and analysis of all financial
transactions, maintain compliance with statutory regulations, and support the
organization in sound financial management, control, and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  Accounting & Bookkeeping

·       Maintaining proper   books of accounts in SAP.

·       Monitor and record daily accounting entries
including journal vouchers, payment/receipt entries, and adjustment entries.

·       Perform reconciliation of accounts – bank,
vendor, customer, inter company, and other ledgers.

·       Ensure accurate classification of expenses,
assets, and liabilities.

·       Accounting consolidation

·       Ensuring timely and accurate closure of books
of accounts on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis

·        Co -ordinating
and managing statutory audits, and relevant internal audits.

·       Support compliance with ROC, RBI, and other
regulatory requirements (as applicable for NBFC/ARC).

·       Maintain proper documentation and audit trail
of all financial transactions.

   Financial
Reporting & MIS

·       Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

·       Support MIS preparation and variance analysis.

·       Provide management with accurate and timely
MIS reports – expense summary, project cost reports, fund utilization reports,
etc.

·       Support management in cost control and
decision -making with financial insights.

Audit &
Controls

·       Coordinate with internal and external auditors
during audits.

·       Prepare audit schedules and respond to audit
queries.

·       Implement and monitor internal financial
controls.

·       Ensure all supporting documents are properly
maintained and archived.

Skills
& Competencies

Qualification & Experience:

·       CA

·       4 -6 years
of experience in accounting function.
