Lead ACE Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ACE Developer to lead and coordinate technical delivery across integration projects. The role will be responsible for taking technical ownership of squad deliverables, developing and supporting integration solutions, and ensuring reliable delivery within agreed timelines.

  Key Responsibilities
  
  
• Lead and coordinate technical delivery and take ownership of squad deliverables.
  
• Develop, enhance, deploy, and troubleshoot integration flows using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) / IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
  
• Work with IBM MQ, APIs, messaging, data transformation, integration patterns, and event-driven communication.
  
• Handle MQ setup, queue/channel configuration, migration, and connectivity validation.
  
• Coordinate AKS/OCP, FTP/SFTP, file-share, firewall, and server connectivity requirements.
  
• Validate production deployments, flows, data, queues, and server configurations.
  
• Follow CI/CD practices and support build/code migration activities.
  
• Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, QA, and business teams to resolve technical issues.
  
• Ensure reliable delivery within agreed timelines.
