Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Administrator – VMware AWS Cloud to manage and support enterprise VMware environments integrated with AWS. This role involves L3 support, platform engineering, and hybrid cloud operations, with a strong focus on VMware Server Administration.

Requirements

7–10 years of experience in VMware Infrastructure / Virtualization
Strong expertise in vCenter, ESXi, HA/DRS, clusters, VM lifecycle
Hands -on experience with VMware Cloud on AWS (VMC)
Experience in VMware HCX migrations & workload mobility
Knowledge of Windows Server administration
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
Experience in monitoring, capacity planning, and troubleshooting
