Drive revenue growth for the Sports portfolio by executing sales strategies, leveraging market insights, and building strong relationships with clients and agencies to maximize monetization of sports properties.
Education
- Post Graduate Diploma / MBA in Management or equivalent
Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in media / ad sales
- Strong exposure to client-facing roles and agency interactions
Desirable Experience
- Experience in sports broadcasting or live event sales
- Exposure to sponsorships, integrations, and high-impact properties
- Understanding of content-led monetization and sports calendar planning

Key Responsibilities
Sales Planning & Execution
- Support sales planning by providing market insights, forecasts, and competitive intelligence
- Translate sales targets into actionable plans for assigned accounts/regions
- Track sports calendar and identify monetization opportunities across properties
Revenue Delivery
- Drive revenue targets through proactive client engagement and deal closures
- Pitch sports properties, sponsorships, and integrated opportunities to clients/agencies
- Support Group Head in large deal pitches and strategic sales initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and revenue maximization
Client Management & Servicing
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients and media agencies
- Ensure high service standards and smooth campaign execution
- Address client requirements proactively to drive satisfaction and repeat business
- Support collections in coordination with receivables team
Market Development
- Identify and onboard new clients to grow the sports ad sales portfolio
- Track market trends and competitor activities to strengthen sales approach
- Drive higher wallet share from existing clients
