About the Role

Our client, a technology company building a relationship intelligence platform, is hiring for an AI Lead role. The position involves designing and scaling the core intelligence systems of the product, which is used by companies to manage business relationships and drive deal outcomes.

The selected candidate will work on models that process relationship data, predict expertise, and assist in deal-making processes using structured and unstructured data.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage systems for relationship intelligence and expertise mapping
  

• Design ranking, feedback, and recommendation systems that adapt with usage
  

• Create and maintain data pipelines, embeddings, and inference systems
  

• Integrate machine learning models into production environments
  

• Ensure system performance, reliability, and explainability
  

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align AI features with business use cases
  

Requirements

Required Experience and Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in building machine learning systems
  

• Experience working on social, marketplace, or network-based products
  

• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  

• Experience with recommendation systems, ranking models, graph neural networks, or embedding models
  

• Exposure to deploying ML models into production systems
  

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  

Preferred (Optional) Skills

• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Pinecone, FAISS)
  

• Experience with large language models (e.g., Llama, GPT, Falcon, Mistral)
  

• Background in building internal search, discovery, or referral systems
  

• Understanding of trust networks or reputation modeling
