Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Role Overview

The Lead AI Engineer role will drive development and deployment of Generative AI solutions across engineering and enterprise domains. The role combines AI technical expertise, product leadership, solution development, and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable business value.

Role Purpose

Lead the conceptualization, development, deployment, and scaling of Generative AI products, agentic AI solutions, and intelligent engineering platforms. Work closely with engineering, research, and business teams to translate AI capabilities into scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define AI product and solution roadmap; identify high-value AI use cases; develop business cases; align stakeholders; monitor GenAI, LLM, and AI platform advancements. 
  
  
  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle of AI products; drive development of LLM, RAG, Agentic AI and multimodal AI solutions; define AI success metrics and business outcomes.
  
  
  • Guide platform architecture, integration strategy, deployment standards, MLOps practices, scalability, reliability, and governance. 
  
  
  
  

Experience

Candidates must possess a strong educational foundation in technology, business, or related fields, combined with substantial professional experience in product management and AI domains. The ideal candidate brings 5 to 8 years of progressive experience building and scaling technology products, with at least 2 to 3 years specifically focused on AI or machine learning products. Experience in B2B enterprise software, platform products, or engineering tools is highly valued. Proven track record of delivering AI products from conception to production at scale is essential.
