Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: 5 Days
Work From Office Experience: 5–8 Years
CTC: Up to ₹24 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 15/20 Days ONLY
We are hiring Lead AI Engineers with strong hands-on experience in Python, LLMs, Generative AI, voice AI and modern AI application development.

â Streaming Audio & Voice Activity Detection

â Embeddings & Vector Databases

â LangChain

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop scalable AI-powered applications and services

• Build LLM-based applications using OpenAI, Claude and other foundation models

• Develop real-time voice and conversational AI solutions

• Build APIs and microservices using Python, FastAPI and Django

• Implement RAG, embeddings and vector database solutions

• Develop AI assistants and workflow automation systems

• Optimize prompts, context windows, tokens and model costs

• Implement AI safety, guardrails and evaluation frameworks

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions
