Basic Functions/Job Responsibility:
We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Team Lead to lead our team of machine learning
and computer vision engineers for video analytics project.
ï¬ The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying machine
learning models, and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver successful AI/ML
projects for video analytics.
ï¬ Lead a team of machine learning and computer vision engineers to deliver high -quality
AI/ML solutions for video analytics.
ï¬ Collaborate with cross -functional teams to understand business requirements and
identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions.
ï¬ Develop and maintain project plans, and timelines.
ï¬ Ensure that all AI/ML solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best
practices
ï¬ Stay up -to -date with the latest AI/ML research and technologies, and evaluate their
potential impact on our business.
ï¬ Manage team performance, provide mentorship and career development opportunities,
and foster a positive team culture.
Desired Candidate Should Have
Qualifications
ï¬ 6+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models
ï¬ 3+ years of experience in leading a team of machine learning engineers.
ï¬ Strong programming skills in C++ and another relevant programming language.
ï¬ Experience with machine learning libraries and SDK such as OpenCV, OpenVino,
TensorRT, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NVIDIA Deepstream SDK, etc.
ï¬ Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
ï¬ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
collaboratively with cross -functional teams
