Lead Analyst - Enovia Support IT

Prioritizes incidents to ensure high impact and urgent tickets are worked on priority and taking leadership to ensure no customer impact. Works closely with other IT support groups and impacted customers for effective resolution and testing of fixes for production support issues, Build rapport with concerned stakeholder. Responds to and resolves technical questions and service requests(high complexity) from the User Community. He / She should show the ability to handle customer independently and possesses a strong verbal and communication skills.Performs preventative maintenance and Identifies areas where improvements can be made to prevent future production problems and implements the solution before the problem occurs and actively contribute in problem management. Thorough knowledge of Engineering Change Control process, document control and distribution, desktop hardware-software knowledge, and integration skills Participate in CRP testing and training users for key projects Strong knowledge of Enovia Designer central (integration with CAD) Should be well versed with Enovia PDM/PLM Application Role definition, attributes, routes, general PLM operations, Enovia file collaboration server concepts, etc. Strong Knowledge of various Enovia Centrals (Engineering, Designer, Library, etc.) Should know Enovia back end tools (MQL, Matrix, Business, System) Participate in trouble-shooting and resolution of larger IT issues. Participate in efforts related to root cause analysis and problem management as needed.Identify opportunities for improvement. Must have good Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) concepts. Good with knowledge of Engineering design concepts and terminologies Bachelors degree in a technical discipline such as: B.S. Comp Sci / Mathematics / Engineering / Equivalent "Exposure to various versions of Enovia and through knowledge of its architecture . Knowledge of various modules within Enovia like Engineering central, Library Central, Team Central, etc. (6 years minimum) Enovia integration with various CAD tools like ProE, CATIA, Solid works (4 years minimum) Well versed with various CAD tools and has significant CAD modelling experience (Preferred) Good Understanding of ITSM processes Good Understanding of change management process and its work flow" "*Fluent in written and spoken English Global perspective and cultural awareness.
