Lead Analyst for Remittance platform (Payments)

Job Title: Lead Analyst – Remittance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ACH processing, bill payments, and check clearing operations
  
• Oversee inward and outward remittance processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  
• Handle treasury cash management activities and fund movements
  
• Lead technical implementation of remittance systems and process enhancements
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients/banks for smooth transactions
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
  
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in ACH, remittance operations, and payment processing
  
• Knowledge of check clearing and treasury cash management
  
• Experience in inward/outward remittance handling
  
• Exposure to technical implementation / system integration projects
  
• Good understanding of banking operations and payment systems
  
• Strong analytical, problem -solving, and stakeholder management skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field
  
• Experience in banking / financial services / BPO environment
  
• Familiarity with ERP or payment platforms
