This role supports ICT risk governance activities across Security, Technology, Operational Resilience, and Third-Party Risk domains. The successful candidate will coordinate ICT risk assessments, maintain risk records, support governance reporting, monitor remediation activities, and help ensure ICT risks are managed consistently across the organisation.
Working closely with ICT Risk Specialists, Risk Owners, Security teams, Technology teams and business stakeholders, the analyst helps ensure ICT risks are identified, assessed, tracked and reported in line with Colt's ICT Risk Management Framework and regulatory expectations
Key Responsibilities are as:-
ICT Risk Management Support
• Support the identification, assessment and monitoring of ICT risks across the organisation
• Coordinate ICT risk assessment activities with Risk Owners and stakeholders
• Maintain ICT risk records and supporting documentation
• Ensure risk records remain complete, accurate and up to date
• Support periodic reviews of open ICT risks
Risk Governance & Reporting
• Produce ICT risk dashboards, metrics and governance reports
• Support preparation of governance packs for risk committees and management forums
• Monitor overdue actions and risk treatment activities
• Track risk acceptance and review requirements
• Escalate data quality issues and governance concerns where appropriate
ICT Risk Register Management
• Maintain the central ICT risk register
• Validate completeness and quality of risk data
• Support alignment of risks to applicable controls, services, suppliers and business functions
• Support migration and maintenance activities within Riskonnect and associated tooling
• Assist with risk taxonomy and reporting improvements
Action Tracking & Remediation Monitoring
• Track remediation plans and management actions
• Coordinate updates from Risk Owners and stakeholders
• Monitor progress against agreed target dates
• Support reporting of outstanding and overdue actions
• Maintain evidence supporting risk treatment activities
Stakeholder Engagement
• Work with Risk Owners, Security teams, Technology teams, Operational Resilience teams and suppliers
• Support communication of risk management activities and requirements
• Assist with awareness activities relating to ICT Risk Management processes
• Support stakeholder training and onboarding activities for risk processes and tooling
Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve ICT Risk Management processes and reporting
• Support automation and workflow improvement initiatives
• Contribute to development of templates, reporting standards and governance materials
• Support implementation of risk management maturity initiatives
Skills & experience we’re looking for:
Must haves:
•1-3 years experience in Risk Management, Security, Compliance, Audit, Operational Resilience, or Technology Governance.
•Understanding of ICT, information security, cloud services, networks, or technology operations.
•Experience working with data, reporting, spreadsheets, and risk registers.
•Strong analytical and organisational skills.
Might haves:
•Experience using GRC platforms such as Riskonnect, Archer, ServiceNow GRC, or similar.
•Reporting dahsboards, Power BI reporting
•Experience in telecoms, technology, financial services, or regulated industries.
•Relevant certifications or study towards: ISO 27001, 27005, 31000, Risk management qualifications
