Resource should have strong knowledge of accounting, he should be well versed with Payroll accounting, Accrual postings P &L Analysis. The resource in his role should have strong client management skills along with team management skills. This role requires person to have strong analytical skills to ensure posting of Journals, Review of reconciliation, SOX Controls, reporting are adhered to as per policy. Role has the requirement of skill set of process improvement and transformation implementation. SAP skills and Blackline & Journal Hyper automation skills are Mandatory within & Experience within RTR stream along with MS Excel power point
