The Mortgage conditions review associate review and determine the eligibility of documents received and accordingly take action on the conditions available on loan. Mortgage conditions review associate role includes but not limited to analyzing and verifying documents received against conditions, review all 4 C’s and make decisions whether a condition can be satisfied or not.

The incumbent ensures the accurate, efficient, and timely flow of information/documentation for offering quality and efficient services.

Responsibilities:

• Review documents received against conditions and accordingly action the conditions.

• Analyzing credit, income, and assets documents to properly assess condition’s requirement and promptly provide decisions

• Review property documentation including title commitments, sales contracts, insurance, and flood determinations

• Maintain a well-developed knowledge of loan product guidelines and industry regulations, including assisting in the prevention, detection, and resolution of mortgage fraud

• Review and analyze appraisals for value and compliance with industry requirements

• Demonstrate the ability to independently make sound decisions based on the creditworthiness of the applicants based on established underwriting guidelines, policies, procedures, knowledge, and experience

• Provide exceptional customer care (both internal and external) in a manner that satisfies the individual needs of each customer and builds loyalty to the client

• Maintain confidentiality of all customer and employee information

• Respond positively to feedback and redirection

• Fully utilize systems, tools, training, and resources provided to maximize potential• Assist other departments as needed

Any Batchelor's degree
