Lead Backend Engineer - JAVA

Role Summary

We are looking for Software Developers to join the team. This role covers core backend and
front-end development responsibilities across Java/J2EE-based systems, with UI
development and relational database work.

Key
Responsibilities

•      Design,
develop, test, and maintain features using Java / J2EE technologies.

•      Build and
maintain user interface components using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

•      Write,
optimize, and maintain SQL queries and database interactions.

•      Participate
in code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to engineering best practices.

•      Collaborate
with cross-functional teams including QA, product, and other engineering teams.

•      Debug and
resolve production and pre-production issues as needed.

•      Contribute
to technical design discussions and documentation.

Requirements

Requirements

•      Strong,
demonstrated expertise in Java / J2EE application development with 5-8 Years of experience.

•      Solid
experience with front-end technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS.

•      Advanced
SQL and relational database expertise.

•      Proven
ability to lead technically.

•      Strong
communication skills, with the ability to lead technical
discussions.
