Job Description - Lead - Battery Systems

R&D/Engineering experience for battery systems domain including battery pack design, development and validation

Experience in Cell-to-pack design and integration - Design/Integration/Cooling/system performance/BMS

Experience in Battery Management Systems and configurations

Experience in cooling systems/HVAC, battery system design-for-safety

Experience in handling product issues, projects, trouble shooting, problem solving for quality and performance

Very good design-to-cost experience with deep understanding of cost drivers and optimisation levers

Very good stakeholder management skills, communication skills – experience in working with suppliers
