Lead Business Analyst

Location : In India

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into functional requirements, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of Post and Parcel products. Fluency in German is essential for effective communication with stakeholders in German-speaking regions.

Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for Post and Parcel product implementation projects.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to understand business processes, workflows, and challenges.

1. Analysis and Documentation:

• Analyze and document current business processes, systems, and data flows related to Post and Parcel operations.
• Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, user stories, and process flows to capture business needs and functional specifications.

1. Solution Design:

• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system design.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

1. Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, IT teams, and external partners.
• Facilitate discussions, manage expectations, and build consensus among stakeholders to drive project success.

1. Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for Post and Parcel product implementations.
• Participate in testing activities to validate system functionality and ensure business requirements are met.

1. Training and Support:

• Assist in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions for Post and Parcel product users.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users during and after product implementation.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation to enhance Post and Parcel product offerings.
• Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's / Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Post and Parcel industry.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Familiarity with Post and Parcel industry standards, regulations, and operational processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for meetings, workshops, and project engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).
• Experience with Post and Parcel software solutions (e.g., parcel tracking systems, route optimization software).
• Knowledge of systems commonly used in the Post and Parcel industry.
