Lead Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership:

• Play a crucial role in architecting and implementing large solutions using Power Platform
• Develop and communicate a clear architectural vision for Power Platform solutions aligned with business goals.
• Lead architecture initiatives from inception to completion
• Provide leadership in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Power Automate Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with business users to create architecture in alignment with business need
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for business users
• Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency
• Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions
• Design, architect, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and SharePoint), Custom Co-pilot, Azure OpenAI, Open AI, and AI Builder.
• Lead projects involving Generative AI with a focus on managing large volumes of documents. Collaborate with stakeholders to. understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services and other third-party systems.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables. Ensure that you provide solution with the latest advancements in Power Platform and AI technologies and implement best practices.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Power Platform development teams.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging Power Platform features to drive innovation.

Performance Optimization:

• Optimize Power Platform solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Identify and address bottlenecks, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

Solution Design:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Power Platform solutions.

• Design end-to-end solutions incorporating Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement robust security measures for Power Platform solutions, safeguarding sensitive data.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational security standards.

Mandatory Skills:

Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and SharePoint. Expertise in developing custom solutions using Custom Co-pilot, Azure OpenAI, Open AI, and AI Builder.

Extensive experience with Generative AI projects, particularly those involving large document datasets.

Strong understanding of solution architecture and integration patterns.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

Experience with Azure Storage solutions. Familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services. Prior experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Certifications in relevant Microsoft technologies.

Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Power Platform and Azure are a plus.
