Job Description - Lead Business Systems Analyst - Coupa
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Coupa modules including Procurement, Invoicing(CAAS),Coupa Pay(Virtual Card), Supplier Management, Analytics. Facilitate requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, IT, etc.) to translate business needs into scalable Coupa solutions. Perform system troubleshooting, enhancements, and upgrades. Recommend and implement best practices for process optimization and system efficiency. Manage issue tracking and resolution using ServiceNow or similar platforms. Support integration efforts with SAP , Tax engine(for example Vertex) and other third-party applications. Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 6+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa, including 2+ full-cycle implementations. Coupa Certification is mandatory. Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. Proven experience in integrating Coupa with SAP or other ERP systems. Deep functional knowledge of procurement, accounts payable, expense management, and supplier lifecycle. Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills across Coupa modules. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage stakeholders and experience with change management
