Job Description - Lead Client Servicing Associate

Clearwater Analytics (CWAN)

Reporting Onboarding

The Team:

The Global Delivery – Hedge Funds Organization helps clients leverage the Enfusion PMS module for their daily operations. The organization spans three verticals — PMS Specialists (Valuations & Risk, Position and Trade Management, P&L and Accounting), Reporting Operations, and PMS Operations (Portfolio Operations, Static Data).

The Role:

The Reporting Onboarding Specialist owns the end-to-end delivery of custom financial reporting solutions for clients joining the Enfusion platform. You will be the primary reporting point of contact throughout the onboarding journey — translating complex client requirements into elegant, scalable reporting solutions that drive real operational value.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the full reporting onboarding lifecycle — from initial scoping through delivery and sign-off — ensuring a seamless client experience at every stage
  • Lead client discovery calls to deeply understand reporting needs and translate them into well-defined, actionable specifications
  • Design and deliver creative, tailored reporting solutions for COOs, CIOs, Portfolio Managers, Traders, Risk Officers, Operations Teams, and Fund Accountants
  • Build custom Position and P&L reports, Trade and Order Blotters, Post-Trade Compliance and Regulatory reports, Exposure Analysis, Risk and Scenario reports, and Financial Statements within the Clearwater platform
  • Develop custom fields and calculated columns using Java/JavaScript to address the unique and evolving needs of a diverse client base
  • Advise clients on reporting best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their reporting framework beyond the stated brief
  • Collaborate with Solution Managers, Project Managers, and Product teams to deliver against client expectations and inform product enhancements

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proficiency in JavaScript; ability to write and troubleshoot custom logic
  • 2+ years of reporting experience in a front, middle, or back-office environment — at a prime broker, fund administrator, investment management firm, or fintech
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing settings
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
