Lead Compliance & Audit - CAD - Developer Finance - Credit - Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus)

Job Purpose

•    To oversee and ensure complete compliance and audit management for the CF/SF portfolio, including escrow account coordination, adherence to pre- and post-disbursement processes, data reporting, and team training to strengthen audit and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

   Core Responsibilities:

•    Management and closure of all compliance and audit related aspect for CF/SF – Hindsighting , Internal Audit, Statutory & Regulatory , IFC testing etc

•    Pre disbursement of Escrow account management – Co-ordination with TCHFL designated escrow banks & borrowers for timely opening / operation of Escrow accounts for CF/SF Portfolio    

•    Leading a central team for ensuing adherence to pre and post disbursement compliance – PDD management, NOC issuance, etc   

•    Ensuring compliance and implementation of internal advisories to strengthen audit and compliances related activities.

•    Data management – Responsible for collation of CF data and its reporting to external auditors / regulatory compliances  

•    Responsible for training and development of CF team on audit & compliance matters
