Job Description - Lead Consultant

Requirements

10+ years of experience in SAP CS (Customer Service).

Strong configuration and integration knowledge in SAP CS.

Hands-on experience in Resource-Related Billing (RRB).

Experience with Contract Management, Service Order processing, and Billing Result Analysis.

Minimum 2+ end-to-end SAP CS implementation lifecycle experience.

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Service is preferred.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP CS implementations and rollouts.

Gather business requirements and design SAP CS solutions aligned with customer needs and system landscape.

Ensure seamless integration of SAP CS with SD, MM, PM, and FI/CO modules.

Provide support and resolve complex SAP CS issues.

Lead testing activities including SIT and UAT, along with documentation and reporting.

Collaborate with technical teams for system enhancements and developments.

Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to business users and internal teams.
