Lead Consultant (Salesforce)

We are hiring a Lead Consultant (Salesforce) to drive the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work on complex implementations, guide technical decisions, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high\-impact, customer\-focused outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, Triggers, and Lightning components
  




• Customize objects, fields, workflows, and business processes
  




• Build and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and maintain/migrate Aura components
  




• Develop integrations using web services and APIs
  




• Use tools like VS Code (SFDX), SOQL/SOSL, and migration tools for development and deployment
  




• Manage source control and support CI/CD processes using GitHub or Bitbucket
  




• Troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and ensure best practices
  




• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams and support client\-facing discussions as required
  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
  




• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and custom development
  




• Hands\-on experience with LWC (LMS, pub\-sub, performance tuning, lazy loading)
  




• Knowledge of SLDS customization and accessibility standards
  




• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service Cloud
  




• Familiarity with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AJAX, HTTP)
  




• Strong problem\-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  




• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  




• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
