Job Description - Lead Customer Segment -Enterprise Sales




The ideal candidate will possess Team management experience & Business Development background that enables him/her to engage at all levels of a customer organization, specially C-levels of the business and IT. He/She will also demonstrate a strong technical competency focused on the IT landscape and preferably cloud computing. He/she should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a Customer - segment coverage plan, business objectives, deliver revenue, build, train, mentor and manage a strong team for the same. 
 
Roles & Responsibilities 






  • Deliver Overall revenue, P&L & acquisition targets for the customer segment in line with the overall vision and values of the company 

  • Lead and Manage a team of Field Sales, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales and Alliance 

  • Train, Review, Coach and enhance the performance of the team across all KPIs and career aspirations 

  • Team with the customers’ technology and lines of business teams to build and strengthen the strategic relationships across these accounts, articulating a clear vision and generating enthusiasm while impacting all business groups 

  • Responsible for establishing connects at the most senior level within the defined set of accounts and help implement a broad strategy to earn customer delight and service delivery excellence 

  • Work with appropriate cross functional teams of Minfy to support customers’ interests 

  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Minfy services. 

  • Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports 

  • Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions, Big Data, Data Analytics & Internet architectures based on customer’s need and requirements. 

  • Prepare and give business reviews to Leadership team.





Requirements



  • 10+ years of business development experience in IT industry

  • 5+ years of managing a team size of 8+ strong individuals across 2 or more functions

  • Direct field experience in working with top enterprises/ fast growing companies - startups, ISVs, unicorns, DNBs

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.

  • Effective presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

  • Self-driven, accountable, display balance between tactical and strategic initiatives and should possess the ability to adapt to the values and culture of Minfy Technologies.

Preferred Qualifications



  • B.Com/BBA/BE/B.Tech or Equivalent degree required. Master or MBA a plus.

  • Direct field experience in working with top enterprise/high growth startups/ Leading ISVs and digital native companies across the country and beyond.

  • Team management experience required.

  • A strong understanding of Cloud technology as a service would be preferred

  • Other experiences to include: experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record; ability to navigate across Minfy and the customer in a trusted advisor/consultative approach; and, establishing credibility quickly with senior level executives across the organizations
