Duties & Responsibilities
Lead IAM Transformation: Drive modernization efforts across customer and workforce identity platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational security and scalability goals.
Platform Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for troubleshooting identity -related issues and platform challenges.
Documentation & Design: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), system wireframes, and technical documentation to support IAM processes.
Cross -Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across business units, acting as a trusted advisor for identity and access initiatives.
Security & Stability: Ensure all systems, applications, and processes adhere to security best practices and remain stable and compliant.
Standards -Based Approach: Implement scalable identity solutions leveraging industry standards and frameworks.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Experience: 6–8 years in Identity and Access Management roles, with proven experience in transformation projects.
Technical Skills:
Hands -on experience with modern IAM platforms such as Ping or Okta
Documentation Skills: Ability to create SOPs, wireframes, and technical documentation.
Problem -Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex identity and platform issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in large -scale IAM transformations.
Familiarity with security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO).
