Lead Data Engineer | 68 Years | Bengaluru / Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Engineer to build and support scalable, real-time data platforms. The role involves developing high-volume streaming solutions and reliable data pipelines using Apache Flink, Kafka, Debezium, CDC, Airflow, and ClickHouse.

The candidate will design event-driven workflows, implement data ingestion and transformation, manage CDC processes, and optimize streaming workloads for performance and reliability. Strong programming expertise in Java or Scala, along with solid SQL and distributed systems knowledge, is essential. Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and REST APIs will be an advantage.

The role also includes monitoring production pipelines, resolving performance issues, ensuring data quality, participating in architecture discussions, and mentoring engineers while following modern engineering and development practices.
