About the Role: We are a fast-growing product company pioneering AI and Deepfake Detection technologies powered by a proprietary Biometric Engine. We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist (Individual Contributor) to drive our predictive analytics and machine learning initiatives. You will work on cutting-edge data science challenges, applying machine learning techniques to large datasets to generate actionable insights and integrate AI models into production.

Key Responsibilities:

  Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, build predictive models, and generate actionable business insights.

  Perform end-to-end data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and model evaluation.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and integrate REST APIs for seamless AI model deployment into enterprise systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize AI/ML models to improve accuracy, scalability, and reliability.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure data quality, governance, and security throughout the analytics lifecycle.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into robust analytical solutions.

  
  

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 
  

  7 to 12 years of overall experience, with a core 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics (Must be an Individual Contributor).

  
  


• 
  

  Full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering (Distance education and B.Com degrees are not accepted).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

  
  


• 
  

  Deep understanding of statistics, probability theory, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience building REST APIs and deploying AI models into production.

  
  


• 
  

  Must be willing to work entirely from our Hyderabad office (Monday - Friday).

  
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• 
  

  Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data warehouses, and Big Data technologies.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
