LEAD DECISIONING ARCHITECT - VOIS

Design, optimise, and mature the Decisioning Framework, including principles across products, segments, and channels using real-time and offline data inputs. Translate business briefs and scenario requirements into omni-channel design briefs and decisioning tool configurations. Partner with Commercial Managers to identify decisioning opportunities, provide training, and interpret performance against expectations. Run simulations for proposed strategy changes and provide insights to the Customer Strategy Group. Assess requirements and draft briefs for new capabilities to support AoM communication needs, including data briefs and platform enhancements. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of components and recommend Decision System Lead involvement when necessary. Maintain accountability for the quality of assets implemented by Decision Strategy Designers. Manage technical environments in partnership with Decision System Leads from an operational perspective. Proficient in Agile methodologies and solution design. Certified Pega Decisioning Architect (Lead). Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across teams effectively.
