Job requirements
- Lead the design process for digital products from initial concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
- Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to communicate design solutions and support product development milestones
- Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability testing to identify and resolve user pain points, improving product usability and user satisfaction metrics
- Facilitate collaborative design workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders using FigJam, Miro, or Freehand to generate innovative solutions
- Create customer journey maps and user personas to inform design decisions and optimize user experience
- Perform secondary research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark design practices
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Define and organize information architecture to optimize navigation and content structure for digital platforms
- Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for wireframing and prototyping

- Front-end development basics (HTML, CSS) for design-development collaboration
- Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline
- Certification in UX Design or Human-Centered Design from a recognized institution such as Nielsen Norman Group or IDEO
- Certification in usability testing or information architecture (e.g., UXQB, IA Institute) is an advantage
