About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Designer with strong experience across branding, campaigns, and digital experiences. You will independently own projects from brief to final delivery, partner closely with stakeholders, and help craft high-quality visual and digital experiences across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver branding, campaign, website, and digital design projects end-to-end.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, effective visual solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, present design directions, and iterate based on feedback.
- Create high-quality marketing assets across digital, web, presentations, and campaign touchpoints.
- Contribute to brand development, visual systems, and maintain design consistency across projects.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, product, and development teams to drive project outcomes.
- Explore and adopt AI-assisted workflows to improve design efficiency and creative output.
- Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help raise overall team quality.
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Visual Design, Brand Design, Marketing Design, or related fields.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and digital design work.
- Experience designing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and design systems.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools and workflows (preferred).
Experience and Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Visual designing.
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability.
- Ability to solve problems independently and navigate ambiguity.
- Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Strong attention to detail and execution quality.
- Interest in design systems, digital experiences, and scalable design workflows.
