Lead DevOps Engineer

\u25cf Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and platform services \u25cf Automate build, test, release, and deployment workflows across environments \u25cf Ensure software builds and deployments are predictable, repeatable, and reliable \u25cf Support production and pre-production deployments, including troubleshooting infrastructure, configuration, and code-related issues \u25cf Improve and maintain tooling and infrastructure that supports rapid and reliable software delivery \u25cf Collaborate with development teams to provide fast feedback on source code changes \u25cf Identify, manage, and mitigate risks impacting delivery, quality, or system stability \u25cf Assist in diagnosing and resolving system and application issues across all environments \u25cf Advocate for improvements to build, release, and deployment tooling and practices \u25cf Write and maintain clear, concise technical documentation. \u25cf 6+ years of experience across the full SDLC, including CI/CD, configuration management, deployments, and production support in cloud environments \u25cf Strong hands-on experience with AWS \u0026 modern SaaS service at scale \u25cf Strong programming experience in Java, Python, and Shell scripting \u25cf Solid understanding of Git-based version control, including branching and merging strategies \u25cf Experience with build and release tools such as Maven, Ant, or Gradle \u25cf Proven ability to quickly understand and implement new tools, systems, and workflows \u25cf Experience with Jenkins (including plugins), Ansible, or similar CI/CD and automation tools \u25cf Experience using JIRA and Confluence \u25cf Exposure to infrastructure supporting data-intensive or AI/ML workloads We follow a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with a strong emphasis on in-person collaboration to foster innovation, culture, and rapid execution.
