Job Description - Lead - Digital Sales & Hyperlocal


Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Job roles & responsibilities:



  • Plan Hyperlocal Campaign Progression/Review: Identify models and campaigns for the month based on volume planning and RO/ dealer needs.

  • Plan the hyperlocal calendar, execute and manage outputs while achieving digital conversion matrix.

  • Coordinate budgets and monitor monthly campaign performance, providing reports as needed.

  • Work closely with agencies to monitor budget spends, lead quality, and conversion, taking action as required.

  • Monitor lead flow across different digital sources and report on plan vs. achievement.

  • Improve CX by regularly monitoring dealer level lead follow-up TAT and lead assignment.

  • Coordinate with agencies on hyperlocal creatives, suggest changes based on regional context, secure approvals, and ensure timely campaign execution. Provide creative support for dealers and regional teams.

  • Ensure digital manpower adequacy and quality at dealerships, including the presence of BDC structures and lead nurturing processes. Monitor the availability of trained digital manpower with BDC in place for handling digital leads, and align RO on any gaps.

  • Plan and design training modules to address basic needs and build the capabilities of digital manpower at dealerships, with further planning based on assessments.

  • Provide support for escalated booking issues to ensure smooth operations in BAU.

  • Conduct RO/dealer visits to review business performance, understand challenges in daily operations, and collaborate with RO

General Experience


  • Sales knowledge at the field level 

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

  • Proficiency in using digital sales platforms & tools 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
