Lead Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor Pro 2019+(3D modeling, drawing, assembly, and FEA) and Creo, MicroStation, SolidWorks
• Machine, Welding Jig, Polymer Casting Mold design by using AutoCAD Inventor Pro 2019+, Vault.
• Complex Feature Design with SolidWorks
• P&ID (Pipe and Instrument Diagram) design and modify.
• Leicia BLK 360 Scanner (plant/ pipe/ instrument 3D scan)
• Isometric pipeline routing design
• Equipment design and installation process (Equipment upgrade designing, Mechanics Analysis, Motion Analysis)
• Scope of work/ Engineering code and standard, BOM (Bill of Materials),
• 6 axis Panasonic Welding Robot, Programming and problem solving.
• Scrap control and process optimization for Injection molding process.
• 3D printing (Fused Deposition Modeling, FDM) by using Cura-lulzbot TAZ6, and Bambu Studio Fused Deposition Modeling
• SLA 3D printing process (Machine FormLab 3BL and 3+)
• Computer Skills: C#, MATLAB, Python, Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Polymer process design.
