Lead Engineer- Backend + ML

Lead the projects/PODs end-to-end. Lead the design discussion by working closely with the product managers, designers, and other cross-functional teams. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Design and build LLM-powered workflows, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent-based behaviors, and tool-integrated orchestration. Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services powering the current Talent Management product suite. Ensure reliability, performance, and operational excellence across production systems. Mentor the juniors by performing code reviews and raising the technical bar across the team. Passionate about designing, building, launching, and maintaining products Ability to develop software/code in any one mainstream programming language (brownie points if you know Python)
