As a Lead Engineer - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation within our Software Engineering practice. You will focus on developing innovative software solutions that enhance business performance and drive digital transformation. As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will take ownership of projects, validating their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Your ability to analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system will be crucial. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing and mentoring software engineering teams to enhance performance and deliver exceptional user experiences
- Designing, coding, and testing applications that revolutionize industries and meet client needs
- Analyzing system components to identify linkages and interactions for improved functionality
- Taking ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet timelines and deliverables
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality and project outcomes
- Encouraging team members to develop skills beyond their comfort zones and fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Utilizing analytical thinking and solution architecture to meet functional requirements and drive software development initiatives

- Minimum 1 year as AI Engineer Role.

- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using Langchain, LangGraph, and Langfuse, ensuring these solutions are robust, scalable, and secure. 

- Utilize Google ADK, M365 SDK, or Azure Bot Framework for deployment of AI models and solutions. 

What You Must Have

- At least 9-14 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering

- Develop agentic AI solutions with an MLOps add-on to enable model/prompt versioning, CI/CD practices, evaluation and observability, and optimize cost/performance. 

- Nice to have experiences on - Databricks, Neo4J, MongoDB (Vector DB).

- Experience integrating AI solutions with Power Automate platform, including custom actions/connectors, governance, and lifecycle management.
