This may include flexing to other product line teams - Provide the technical mentoring, review of other NPI projects, driving on time launch through technical risk assessment - Propose Cost out ideas through benchmarking, should cost, modularity and standardization projects" Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering in Mechanical/Electrical "12+ years Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing Panelboards, Switchboards, LV Panels, similar electrical assemblies Experience technically guiding a team through all stages of the prodcut development cycle Experience in short circuit, temperature rise, arc test, test duties in accordance with IEEE/IEC/UL standards Experience in product costing and analyzing cost break-up due to various manufacturing processes/design features" "Desired: Sound technical knowledge in LV electrical domain- Preferrably switchgear assemblies and components such as circuit breakers, switches, Busway, Panels and Switchgear Extensive experience with product design, technology exploration, agile methodologies Hands on experience of working in plants, resolving technical issues, driving LEAN, DFSS certified Thorough understanding of IEEE standards, Type test certification, 3D modelling/drafting & SAP knowledge" Excellent verbal and written communication skills,Problem solving skills,Working in ambuiguity, process management
