About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer Senior – Performance Modeling to drive the architecture, modeling, and performance analysis of next -generation ASIC and SoC platforms supporting Audio DSP and Edge AI workloads.

The ideal candidate will work closely with architecture, design, software, and verification teams to optimize power, performance, latency, and scalability across advanced semiconductor products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own system -level performance models for ASIC and SoC subsystems.
  
• Analyze processor, memory, cache, and interconnect architectures to meet performance and power targets.
  
• Collaborate with product, hardware, and software teams to define system requirements and architectural solutions.
  
• Perform architecture trade -off analysis and recommend optimizations for performance, power, and area.
  
• Build simulation models and conduct performance analysis for Audio DSP and Edge AI workloads.
  
• Define architecture validation methodologies and review implementation results.
  
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks related to bandwidth, latency, throughput, and power consumption.
  
• Support pre -silicon and post -silicon performance validation activities.
  
• Provide technical leadership and contribute to architecture reviews and design discussions.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• 8+ years of experience in ASIC, SoC Architecture, Performance Modeling, or System Engineering.
  
• Strong understanding of processor, memory, cache, and interconnect architectures.
  
• Experience in system -level performance analysis, modeling, and architecture validation.
  
• Knowledge of low -power design methodologies and optimization techniques.
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
