JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead AEP Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will
be responsible for leading the development of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions for our
clients. As the Lead AEP Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product
management, design, engineering, and data science, to deliver innovative and effective solutions that
meet our client's business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of AEP solutions for our clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality AEP
solutions that meet our clients' business objectives.
• Develop and maintain AEP data models, schemas, and integrations with other systems.
• Implement and manage data governance and data quality processes for AEP data.
• Ensure that AEP solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other AEP developers and team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to AEP and digital
marketing
Minimum qualifications and technical skills:
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related
field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in developing digital marketing solutions using Adobe
Experience Cloud technologies, including AEP, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe
Analytics, and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, data integration, and data governance principles.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical
concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of
developers.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and deliverables.
• Experience in integrating AEP with other technologies and platforms is a plus.
