Graduate in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering '10+ years with BE or 8+ years experience with ME / MTech 10+ years with BE or 8+ years experience with ME / M.Tech of industry experience with a proven track record in engineering research, analysis, and product validation in Power Distribution modules & Fuse Boxes, Circuit Protection devices (circuit breakers, fuses) products Strong awareness of testing methodologies including test rigs, data acquisition systems, and inspection techniques. Experience in fault identification and implementation of corrective actions. Familiarity with safety and quality management practices in engineering environments. Clear understanding of sensors, electronic components used in data acquisition systems, and control software such as LabVIEW. Prior experience in problem-solving and continuous improvement using LEAN tools for test equipment utilization and cost optimization. Knowledge of systems engineering principles, requirements management, validation, verification, and certification processes in automotive or electrical domains. Hands-on experience in analyzing, designing, and testing various power electronics converter topologies including inverters and DC-DC converters. Deep understanding and experience in gate driver circuit design, analysis, and optimization for IGBT and MOSFET devices. Practical experience with power converter development, testing, and control strategies for electric drives used in traction or DC-DC converter applications. Exposure to digital communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, RS232, SPI, and I2C. Strong knowledge and experience in EMI/EMC standards and compliance. Proficiency in DFSS tools and methodologies. Proven ability to drive and track On-Time Delivery (OTD), Critical to Quality (CTQ) maturity, First Pass Yield (FPY), and Quality Operating System (QOS) metrics on key growth programs. Advanced problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges. * Communicate Validation plan coverage, progress with engineering appropriately to clarify purpose of testing and the results of ongoing tests Understand data acquisition systems, hardware and software that are being used for testing Fix any issues with test rigs and lab and work with his peer engineer to improve or develop any new methods solving the issues
