Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Own end-to-end technical and quality outcomes for Electric Powertrain commodities across NPD and CPE projects, ensuring first-time-right development.


• Govern supplier capability including audits, technical assessments, and manufacturing process robustness, with early FTG sign-off for business volume readiness to enable RFQ discussions.


• Lead and drive STA governance across the commodity/stakeholders for gate readiness, prioritization, and decision-making, ensuring sample availability at each stage through SOP at defined capacity.


• Standardize STA frameworks, methods, and best practices for parts development, FTG maturity, and process validation.


• Ensure rigor in APQP, E-PPAP, capacity validation, and production readiness aligned to mature volume requirements.


• Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment (Design, SQA, SCM, Program) to deliver consistent quality outcomes and scalable supplier readiness.


• Anchor problem-solving and issue resolution across development phases, ensuring timely closure of technical and process risks.


• Bring deep domain expertise in Electric Powertrain systems including Power Electronics (MCU, DCDC, BMS, VCU, Charger), Motor, Battery (cells, modules, busbars), and EOL readiness for electronics manufacturing.
