SecNinjaz
Technologies LLP is an India-headquartered cybersecurity and
technology firm founded in 2018, combining Cybersecurity, IT
Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Product Engineering. We
build fast and move like a startup, backed by accountability and
reliable documentation. As we scale our products and pursue growth
capital, we need a finance leader who can own the investment agenda
and keep the company investor-ready at all times.
The
Manager – Finance leads the company's investment and fundraising
activity. The major portion of this role is investments —
evaluating opportunities, managing capital deployment, and building
the financial narrative that stands up to investor scrutiny. You will
drive fundraising rounds end to end and keep the organisation in a
constant state of investor readiness. This role suits someone who has
worked inside a startup and understands how early- and growth-stage
capital actually moves.
Own
the investment agenda: evaluate, structure, and track capital
deployment and returns across the business.
Build
and maintain financial models, valuations, and scenario analysis to
support investment and growth decisions.
Assess
investment opportunities and prepare recommendation notes for the
leadership team.
Manage
cash-flow planning, treasury, and allocation of capital across
priorities.
Monitor
portfolio and investment performance and report on key metrics to
leadership.
Lead
fundraising rounds end to end — preparation, outreach support,
diligence, and close.
Prepare
the data room, financial statements, projections, and the metrics
investors expect.
Build
and maintain investor-ready decks, cap-table workings, and the
financial story behind the numbers.
Manage
investor relations, diligence requests, and follow-through with
prospective and existing investors.
Keep
the company continuously investor-ready — clean books, current
metrics, and audit-ready documentation.
Oversee
budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis for leadership.
Ensure
statutory compliance (GST, TDS, ROC/MCA, income tax) and coordinate
with auditors and consultants.
Strengthen
financial controls, processes, and reporting discipline as the
company scales.
Required: MBA
in Finance, CA, CFA, or equivalent finance qualification.
Required: 5+
years in finance, investments, or fundraising, including hands-on
startup experience.
Required: Proven
exposure to fundraising, investor readiness, financial modelling,
and valuations.
Required: Experience
working in or with startups — you understand the pace, ambiguity,
and capital needs of an early- or growth-stage company.
Preferred: Exposure
to venture capital, private equity, or corporate M&A.
Preferred: Familiarity
with cap tables, term sheets, and SAFE / convertible instruments.
Strong
command of financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis.
Commercial
judgement and the ability to turn numbers into a clear investment
narrative.
Comfort
operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
Discretion
and integrity when handling confidential financial and investor
information.
Accountability,
time discipline, and reliable, audit-ready documentation.
Clear
written and verbal communication with founders, investors, and
auditors.
