What will you be doing?
We are looking to hire an experienced Lead-FP&A to help build the finance organization in Glance. If you're excited to be part of a winning start-up team, make your next career move with us! 

As a lead in FP&A team in Glance, you will be responsible for driving and managing financial reporting, dashboarding, Month End closing activities, planning, forecasting and automation efforts. This role will help setup and drive activities for FP&A function and work closely across functions to manage allocations, timeliness, and integrity/accuracy of information shared with the business team. This role will also liaise with accounting teams to understand all metrics and key numbers being reported. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Drive monthly revenue closure processes and ensuretimely and accurate reporting. 


• Own coordination of monthly cost closure activities across functions and ensure correct reporting. 


• Prepare and review monthly P&L reports, highlighting key business drivers, risks, opportunities, and variances. 


• Lead variance analysis and communicate actionable insights to business and finance leadership. 


• Own KPI reporting, management dashboards, and business performance scorecards. 


• Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews by providing financial and operational performance insights. 


• Partner with Accounting teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial reporting. 


• Lead reporting automation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and data accuracy. 


• Manage ad-hoc financial analysis, business case evaluations, and executive reporting requirements.


• Support budgeting, forecasting, and AOP exercises. 


• Identify process improvement opportunities and establish reporting best practices across the organizations.  

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• CA / MBA (Finance) with 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Financial Planning. 


• Strong understanding of P&L management, revenue reporting, forecasting, and performance management. 


• Proven experience in month-end close processes, variance analysis, and management reporting. 


• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. 


• Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, or similar visualization tools. 


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership. 


• Demonstrated ability to drive automation, process improvements, and reporting efficiencies. 


• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
