Lead Gemini Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Gemini Developer / AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience in AI and software development to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, LLMs, RAG, Google Gemini, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI Services, and AI Agent development.

The candidate will work on enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions, AI agents, RAG pipelines, model integrations, and multi-cloud AI implementations across Azure and GCP.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI and LLM-based applications.


• Develop AI solutions using Google Gemini and Vertex AI, including grounding and enterprise AI capabilities.


• Build and manage AI Agents using Azure AI Foundry and other agent orchestration frameworks.


• Develop robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for enterprise use cases.


• Write high-quality Python code for AI applications, model integration, data ingestion, automation, and backend workflows.


• Integrate and optimize LLMs and AI services across Azure and GCP environments.


• Work with Google Gemini APIs/SDKs, Vertex AI, grounding, embeddings, vector search, and related GCP services.


• Develop data ingestion and preprocessing pipelines to support AI/LLM applications.


• Evaluate LLM performance, response quality, latency, scalability, and cost.


• Implement prompt engineering, context management, retrieval strategies, and model optimization.


• Build production-ready AI solutions with appropriate security, monitoring, reliability, and performance controls.


• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.


• Lead or contribute to successful 0-to-1 AI/GenAI projects and enterprise implementations.

• Strong hands-on Python development experience.


• Experience building APIs, automation workflows, and AI application backends.


• Experience developing data ingestion and transformation pipelines.


• Understanding of software engineering best practices, Git, CI/CD, testing, and deployment.
