Job Description - Lead Gen Executive


Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

Location: Indore
CTC: ₹3–5 LPA
Experience: Relevant experience required in lead generation, digital marketing, or inside sales.



About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online lead generation activities, initiating contact with potential customers, and coordinating with the sales and technical teams to convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach:

    • Generate qualified leads through multiple online sources including website, SEO, social media, and other platforms.

    • Send personalized introduction emails and WhatsApp messages to new leads.

  • Client Engagement:

    • Establish initial contact with potential clients and effectively communicate the value proposition.

    • Convince and schedule video calls between clients and the technical/sales team.

  • CRM Management:

    • Maintain and update lead status, customer interactions, and feedback accurately in Zoho CRM.

  • Support Sales Activities:

    • Assist the Sales and Application Engineering teams in preparing proposals, sending follow-up emails, and scheduling appointments.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or inside sales.

  • Strong understanding of SEO and website management tools.

  • Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Zoho CRM.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow up diligently.

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
