Job Description - Lead Gen Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of modern lead generation tools and techniques, particularly email outreach and Apollo, to drive high-quality business opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building a robust sales pipeline by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying potential leads that align with the company’s target audience and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential leads and target accounts using Apollo and other lead generation tools.
  • Develop and execute targeted email outreach campaigns to engage prospective clients and create meaningful conversations.
  • Qualify leads through careful assessment of their business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and purchase timelines.
  • Maintain and update lead and contact information in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and continuously optimize outreach efforts to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance lead generation efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in B2B lead generation and email outreach.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience (1-4 years) in lead generation, email outreach, and sales prospecting.
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo or similar sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead qualification frameworks, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive outreach messages.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with additional lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
